Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT), MSc Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy
Aamir Hassan is a Senior Physiotherapist who graduated with a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree from the University of Health Sciences, Pakistan, in 2018. He later moved to Belgium, where he completed a specialised Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy. Aamir has gained valuable international clinical experience working in Belgium, Pakistan, and the United Kingdom before relocating to New Zealand.
He is committed to integrating the latest evidence-based practice into physiotherapy care to achieve optimal outcomes for his patients. Aamir strongly believes that health is a performance enabler and that physiotherapy plays a vital role in effective injury management, rehabilitation, injury risk reduction, and performance optimisation.
Aamir adopts a holistic and patient-centred approach to treatment, combining manual therapy, patient education, tailored exercise prescription, and self-management strategies. He has a particular interest in the assessment, management, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal, sports-related, and chronic conditions.
